More money for DJ, photo, video?
Hi! Just wanted to ask, are you guys tipping the DJ, Photo, Video guys? I was thinking about it, and $50 isn't that much, since we pay like 1500 - 1800 for them. More than that we can't afford, to give them. We going to buy them food, which I think it's important and I wouldn't change that. Any feedback, how you going to do it is appriciated. Thanks

You give what you can. $50 sound very nice. They are getting paid a salary, so it's not like they're depending on the tip as their sole income (like a waiter would). Also remember that you don't have to tip owners. Good luck.

Imola, I just got married and I didn't have the extra money to tip my vendors at the wedding. What I am going to do is wait until I send out my thank you cards and then tip them. You can even look at it this way(I did). Technically you haven't finished working with you photographer or videographer until you get your album/video so you will be tipping them after you get the finished product. Hope this helps. Whatever you chose to do should be what will make you happiest. Best of luck. Tanya
