Snack ideas for people on wieght watchers
That's post what kind of snacks we eat during the day to help each other
I eat:
7 mini rice cakes...1 point
19 small pretzels...2 points
2 point bar
pear or any kind of fruit
I don't have thme all in one day. It varies.

1 Cup grapes- 1pt
1pt Weight Watchers bar
small apple- 1pt
20 fat free small pretzels- 2pts
light english muffin with 1 tps peanut butter- 3pts

Carvel has really good no fat ice cream a regular serving is 3 points. I usually have it as a night time snack.

I eat a low fat granola bar for 2 pts.
A fat free yogurt for 2 points
A tootsie pop for one point
1 cup of frozen grapes 1 point.
