do you ever get to a point

where you just don't care anymore? my wedding is in like 37 days and i haven't started dieting or going to the gym. This morning, i had a bagel (OMG) with butter... this is horrible!

Re: do you ever get to a point

think of your fitness as a way of life, not just a goal for a wedding date.

start caring a little now and have a new fitness goal for your married life.

Wouldn't you rather look back at your wedding pictures and say, "wow, I am in so much better shape now," than, "oh my god I was so thin and in shape on my wedding day, what happened?"

think of it that way.

I sometimes have a second or two where I don't care, but I know that that attitude is going to get me nowhere, so I quickly talk sense into myself.

Re: do you ever get to a point

When I didn't work out or eat right I didn't think it was a big deal, but now that I have incorporated exercise and eating right into my daily routine, I love it.

I feel so much better about myself, I have a lot of energy and I sleep really well.

I have a lot of co-workers and friends that give me positive feedback as well, so that also feels great.

Wedding or not - I ALWAYS care.... I'm a bit anal about it! But I do eat - a bagel with butter - pffft - no problem!

I was always a gym rat- but I don't always watch what I eat

I give me self free days every once and a while- but then I feel worse- so I can't wait to go back to my routine
