So confused about tipping vendors???
All of my vendors are the owners- my photo., video, and DJ although I still feel like I am suppose to tip. Also I have no clue how much?? And do I give on lump sum or divi it up if they bring helpers??

Didn`t follow the "rules"
We didn`t follow the rules on tipping. Several of the vendors we used were the owners, but we wouldn`t have felt right not giving them a little something extra to show our appreciation.
It`s tough though, because you set the envelopes up before you even know how well everyone does the day of your wedding ... AND even though you might enjoy working with your photographer and videographer the day of your wedding, you will not know for weeks afterward just how good/bad a job they did!
If you know you want to give these vendors something, consider how well they`ve been to work with in your planning stages. Take into account if someone goes above and beyond your expectations.
I forget exactly how we broke everything down, but we did give the assistants their own tips, instead of one lump sum. We wanted to make sure everyone got what we intended them to get.
