Honeymoon in Mexico.. I need help
Ok so I have been looking at 3 places for my honeymoon
1. Royal Hideaway 2.Dreams Resorts & Spa 3. Excellence Playa Mujures
I want to know if any one has been to any of the above or is going to and their opinions. I want that beach, watersport, night life fun.
Anything would help at this point. Im the first of all my friends to get married and IM CLUELESS about honeymoon spots !!

I am going to the Royal Hideaway. From what I heard from my travel agent, a lot of their beach is off limits due to erosion, about half the beach area. With half their beach gone, I am assuming what ever is left will be croudy. It also depends on the time of year you're going. We are going there for the resort. It's also our second resort for our honeymoon.

I looked into all three as well. Def check out tripadvisor. Maybe those reviews will help with your decision. They all look amazing! But if we had decided to go there, I think Excellence or Secrets Capri would have been our choice. Im not sure if any of them have a huge nightlife- but if they are close to playa del carmen, you can go there for the evening.

i've been to Royal Hideaway and by far it is the best in riviera maya the food was absolutley delicious and they cater to you hand and foot...i was there on just a regular vacation and we wish we didn't b/c we would have love to go for our honeymoon. FM me for Pictures

Secrets Maroma
Secrets Silversands
I've been to Secrets Capris and loved it. Good luck!

My DH and I just returned from a wonderful week at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. They are part of the same chain as the Excellence Playa Mujeres, so I'm sure it would be similar there. I highly recommend Excellence. Everything at the resort was beautiful, well kept, and immaculate. The service was great, and the food was delicious. Enjoy your HM whichever resort you choose. Cancun and Riviera Maya are beautiful!
