Long Distance Bride to be
HELP ! I was born and raised on Long island and moved to Alexandira , Virginia last spring. I am recently engaged ( 2/12/99) and set a date for February 17,2001.( It a day wedding ) My fiance and I both grew up on Long Island and our families are still there. Our Church is in Valley Stream and we are looking for a place for the reception in Nassau County ( or even close to the Boarder in Queens ). We plan to have 170 people and would like a place on the traditional side. Our budget is about $90 We are also looking for a "continuos cocktail hour" not a sit down. Any suggestions ???

Blessed Sacrament, it's my fiancee's parish. Holy Name is a really nice church though. We go to midnight mass there on Christmas Eve. Where was your reception ? East Norwich Inn:

Our reception was at The Milleridge Cottage in Jericho. Blessed Sacrament is undergoing some cosmetic changes--everday it looks more beautiful. Your step pictures will be gorgeous! Jamelle
