What do you ladies think about having the Fleur De Lis as part of a wedding theme?

My cousin married a woman from New Orleans, wedding was there, and they incorporated a lot with fleur de lis. I even found fleur de lis chocolates online and helped my aunt order them for her shower.

IM ACTUALLY DOING A MARDI GRAS THEME FOR MY WEDDING(SINCE ITS IN MARCH) AND IM INCORPORATED THE FLUER DE LIS ON A COUPLE OF MY IDEAS BUT ADDING A TOUCH OF MARDI GRAS COLORS
