I was told 12-14 weeks after my event. When I call them to inquire about different things no one seems to call back right away but when they wanted my business they couldn't stop calling.
I'm sure my video company will come through but right now I don't appreciate they customer service. Good Luck!

haven't gotten married but my sister did in September and they told her 6 months. It really depends on the company. I have seen some with 2-4 week turn arounds and they were great companies. I heard the bigger the company and the more jobs they take the longer the turnover.

I got mine when I picked up my proofs about 6-8 weeks after the wedding. I was originally told up to 6 months when I signed my contract but was VERY pleasantly surprised when I met with my photographer to pick up my proofs. He had it ready. =)
