Ornament Swap Question.
If a couple lived together before they were married, is it kind of dumb to get the ornament that says "our first christmas". Let me know what you think.

I dont think so. We were living together 5 years before we got married & we got a "Our first Christmas" ornament right after we got engaged. I happen to like it b/c it's "Our First Christmas" as Mr & Mrs!
It might be nice if you have the date of the wedding on there or this year's Christmas date....something they will always look forward to putting on the tree every year to remind them of "remember when"...

I have been searching high and low for an ornament that says "Our First Married Christmas" for my tree for just this reason. DH and I have been together for over 8 years and lived together for over 6...to me "Our First Christmas" was in 2001! But I'm a little obessive so you can't go by me!
