"Scott has always been known for his sense of humor. When he handed me a ring box i assumed he was about to ask me the most important question of my life. I opened the box and inside of it was a note that read fooled you. I was so angry but when i turned around he was on his knee" They look forward to an October 1, 2011 celebration at Larkfield Manor. After 41/2 years of being together we got engaged on Saturday, August 8th, 2009. After a nice afternoon at the vineyards we headed to Port Jeff. We went for a walk on the docks and finally decided to sit down. As we were sitting there we were talking and he had his arm around me. All of the sudden he told me to close my eyes! At this moment I knew what he was doing. When I opened them, he was on one knee and asked if I would marry him! Lot's of tears came and I was filled with so much excitement! People were walking by and congratulating us! Someone even wanted to take our picture! The excitment continued as we told our families and friends for teh next couple of hours!
